General Information
A Lot of Lakes Resort has been owned and operated by Tom and Kathy Gutbrod for over 26
years. Located on the edge of the scenic Nicolet National Forest, our resort is on beautiful
Big Stone Lake of the world-famous Three Lakes - Eagle River chain of 28 Lakes. We have
three lakeside cottages that are modern, yet rustic, with a knotty pine effect adding to
the Northwoods atmosphere. The Bald Eagle and Timber Wolf are set back in the woods a bit but
are still only steps away from the water and offer a beautiful view from your own private
deck!
The Whitetail and Black Bear have
two very comfortable bedrooms, a sleeper sofa, bath with shower, and complete kitchen accessories.
We also have cribs and high chairs available, free of charge.
The Bald Eagle, built in 1991, is a beautiful fifth cottage
with three bedrooms, all wood interior and a spacious hot tub.
The Badger has been completely remodeled into a chalet with
a spacious loft. The Timber Wolf was just completed in 2004
and offers two bedrooms, two baths, fireplace and an upstairs loft with additional sleeping
space. These three units are fully winterized and are available to all fans of winter beauty
and activity. Snowmobile trail is at the front door.
Besides fantastic fishing and swimming, our guests also enjoy hiking, biking, and
playground facilities for children.
Pricing
* $50.00 for each additional person, per week.
Bed Linens are available for a small fee.
We offer a 10% discount for the month of May and anytime after Labor Day, excluding
holidays.
Policies
A $300.00 deposit is required for all reservations; $200 of which will serve as a security deposit. If cancellations are made, deposits will be refundable only if enough notice is given to re-book the cabin. Please specify the number of persons
in your party when making a reservation. Guests are required by law to register upon arrival.
Dogs are allowed, but please, must be cleaned up after inside, as well as outside. A vacuum cleaner will be available. We require an additional $75 deposit per pet, $50 of which will be returned if the cabin is left "pet clean". We also ask that your pet remain leashed as we have other guests to be considered.
Check-in time is 2:00 p.m. and check-out time at 9:00 a.m.
